Terms of payment and method of payment
In general, "in advance" is agreed, possible by bank transfer or PayPal.

In the event that an invoice has been agreed, it is agreed that payment is due immediately without any discount.

Shipping and handling costs

The shopping cart calculates the shipping costs automatically, depending on the shipping address, the weight and the size of the banknotes. All available shipping methods and the exact shipping costs will be shown in the shopping cart before placing the order.

The shipping and transport risk lies with RBcurrency Germany.

All prices are fixed prices including VAT plus shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: It goes without saying that the shipping risk is always with us. If your banknotes get lost or damaged during shipping, we will replace the shipment or refund you the money if individual products are no longer available.

The amount of the shipping costs depends on the shipping method and the selected products (banknotes, catalogs and / or accessories).

The shipping costs are calculated automatically by our shop and displayed before placing the order.

The following generally applies to banknotes:

Shipping by registered post Germany: € 4 and with a value of more than 100 euros as DHL package € 6.00

Registered shipping abroad: registered letter € 6 and from 100 € sale value € 8.20 + € 2.00 for each additional 100 Euro sales value

Please contact us for other products, e.g. Catalogs or accessories, since the shipping costs depend on the weight.

ATTENTION:

For shipments to non-EU countries, customs duties may apply in the destination country! RBcurrency Germany Rossberg / Banspach GbR will not cover these costs! You are welcome to ask us about this before shipping.
